Because your health is your biggest asset

By dinner time, are you running around making three different meals for your family—only to end up eating a cold slice of pizza after everyone else is done?

Are you juggling four different after-school activities and hitting up the drive-thru because everyone’s starving and there’s no time to make dinner?

You’re exhausted from thinking about what to make, what to buy, and how to make it all work!

Your kids are constantly snacking—but when dinner rolls around, they’re suddenly ‘not hungry. You try offering healthy options, but all they want are crackers, pouches, and granola bars 24/7.

1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching is designed to meet you and your family where you are and help you make small, simple, sustainable change that can make a big impact with you and your family’s health.  I believe our health is our biggest asset and should be at the top of our to do list!

“Mike is cooking a lot more now and getting more joy from it than he has in years. We are so thankful that our family is back on track eating healthy meals together instead of making one meal for the kids and another one for us to eat later.”

“My kids are eating better. They are not as cranky. My son is eating his lunch at school. No more sugar crashes and meltdowns. I am eating better too with smoothies for breakfast, protein muffins, and my favorite recipes from Misa.”

YOUR PICKY EATING COACH

Hi, I’m Misa, the heart behind Misa’s Clean Kitchen. My mission is to help shape our children’s tastes one bite at a time—setting them up for a lifetime of health and happiness.

As a Certified Health Coach, Culinary Nutritionist, and former first grade teacher, I bring a unique blend of classroom experience and nutrition expertise to the families I work with. I know firsthand how overwhelming mealtimes can feel—especially with a picky eater at the table. I’ve been there myself.

After transforming my own daughter from a hesitant eater into an adventurous one, I discovered the magic of small, sustainable changes. With patience, creativity, and a bit of fun, I’ve seen how even the pickiest palates can grow to love real, nourishing foods.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same—whether that means cooking one meal for the whole family, adding more veggies without the struggle, or building healthy habits that stick.

Let’s take the stress out of mealtimes and bring the joy back to your kitchen—one bite at a time.
